Well, I'm building model planes since I'm a child, so kinda

No, really, this stuff is super easy to build. A few years back it was rather difficult. But now all this stuff is so cheap and quadrocopters are kinda mainsteam, so you can buy the electronics of the shelf and don't have make everything yourself. You can build one from scratch for less than 100€ (without the RC) on one weekend.
