So this game show is one of the most enjoyable shows I have seen yet. It is just so stupidly fun and the epsiodes are online by the official channel too so only good shit.
The idea is just, do tasks the taskmaster gives you. And they are sometimes just stupid as fuck.

this is a good example:

Late to the party, but those poor dogs... raised in a steelcage which is apparently so small that they don't have a dedicated spot for doing their business which they normally do QQ

Lots of racing videos in the last few pages so I'll just drop this ancient but beautiful gem here as well. I sometimes go back to watch this one. :P

wouldnt that be sort of inefficient since you need processing power(energy) each and every time you want to look at it?

First off, this is how the human eye works. So one can assume it's pretty well optimized for what ever the requirements were (usually energy consumption eg less rods and cones in the retina).

What this does is reducing the necessary bandwidth, in this case for head-mounted displays, resulting in higher resolution displays or more refresh rate. And since this came from Facebook Research (read Oculus) i guess there is a purpose for that.

This will most likely consume more processing power if it's implemented in software. The human brain is parallel by design. CPUs barely are. But implemented on GPUs or in Hardware, depending on how much an issue layout is? Yeah this will be more efficient because high bandwidth links consume shitload of power.

human brains are parallel by design but not by function. i got that this is how human eye maybe works but i only thinked about storaging and processing. the transport factor might be significant, i can see that.
