Useful tool to plan how to distribute captain skills with the incoming skill rework (provided there won't be other changes compared to PT)

Be careful with the skills reset guys, it does add more variety but most old setups won't work anymore and will have to give up on some things.

Personally i am not going to use the Radio thingy on anything, i think it's situational, takes a lot of skill points and can do that still by looking at the minimap most of the time.

You can use the link i provided some posts above to try captain builds without actually researching them in game

Thanks for the link, Pastaiolo.

Just picked skills for the SIMS and did select the radio thinghy. Played one or two battles with it and found it quite usefull. If I go to a cap early in the game I already know if there will be an enemy at that cap too. And when there is, my guns are ready. Also shooting torps in a long smoke cloud works better. And I actually used it to hit people in smoke. But that's based on a few encounters with enemies.

Well, it only takes practice like in all things :) Once you get on t5-6 you can toon with the others most of the time too and maybe they'll have some tips for you. You can also watch some matches on youtube played by Flamu

Announces for this year:
Russian DDs (including Smeliy, Neustrashimiy and Project 56) will get some new weapon type
New cruiser and battleship trees for France
New Pan-Asian tree with RU, US and Japanese ships

Balance:
Bismarck hydro nerf (done)
No nerf for Minotaur because majority of players are only getting VII
BBs are above 40%, so they want to make them less universal, which might fix long high tier battles

Variants for clan development:
Playing actively will provide personal and clan bonuses
Continuous clan battles or tournaments, similiar to team battles
Global map (not for this year)
Also
Raid-like PvE with different difficulty levels
Screenshot of BB with golden fist

CVs:
Starcraft-like mouse controls
Removal of alt-attacks on 4-5 level CVs, because sealcubbing is too common

New premiums:
Graf Zeppelin
Roma VIII Italian BB
But VIII BB Alabama first

Removal of open-water stealth firing
Introduction of inventory (done)
Bastions nerf, no plans for removal (changed their plans apparently)

Pretty interesting things here, especially the Roma of course. Looking forward to her <3
