10x10 squats today and finished it off with a couple of reverse pyramid leg extension sets 3x12 with no break... did the job.

I'm thinking about starting with low carb next to my workout. Some articles on the internet recommend it especially for endomorph body types like me. Anyone else having experiences with that?
I would try to switch to 4-6 smaller meals per day, low carb during the day and no carb at nighht. Suger is taboo which i barely consume allready and i stoped drinking alcohol for a couple of months ago with the intention to stay away from it.
Regarding workout, i usually go on Sat/Mon/Wen, full body, 10min warmup and 30min cooldown after.

tried low carb. honestly, its crap. just skip industry sugar and eat all the carbs you want.

low carb will fuck your energy and afaik is only effective a very short amount of time like 2 weeks max.

when i did low carb i ate way too much meat. also too many veggies which drained my bankroll.

as long as you burn more energy than you take in it doesnt matter if you eat carbs or not. i think this whole thing is bullcrap and not really healthy. also i was super weak in training, no energy

yeah for persons that can't deal with a energy deficit by limiting the amount they eat (by calories and clean), low carb might work, but honestly it just sucks...
you mostly eat nuts, cheese, meat and veggies. rip money and i dunno, i for example love oatmeal in the morning or some carbs before/after the workout and would go crazy w/o carbs all day.
it's true that you can get really good results with it, but not on the long run imo (speaking of months, maybe you'll look good over the summer when ur spirit is strong, but it's definitely not a way to eat all year long).
you're welcome to give it a try, maybe u will like it ( i know some guys who do), but for myself it's just frustrating and i would kill myself after a few weeks ^^

it's true that endomorph types metabolism goes crazy on carbs, but from my own experience i can say that as long as i stay away from white bread, almost everything you get at the bakery and alcohol there is no problem
eating carbs (as long as you are not eating way too much of 'em).
currently i'm just creating a energydeficit, but still eat oat meal, noodles, rice, etc as side dishes to my meals and i already lost ~8kg in the last 10-12 weeks.
i don't starve, don't feel like an empty shell and it's not a hassle in my daily life getting the right food (except that i don't reward myself with döner every 2 days QQ)

ps: there is only crap döner in stuttgart anyway >:D at least where i live

Came across this pretty nice way to tie your running shoes, so this nice tip goes for all the runners / joggers, and all those who might have had any issues with their footwear, if you already didn't know this ofc.

I eat fuck loads of carbs but then i am running 50+ miles a week.

You want a balanced diet though with most sports and don't eat more than you need for energy unless you are loading for an event.

Expanded the dungeon with a new torture device for back, tomorrow me and my brother are going to do Arnies chest/back workout... lets see how far we get before fainting.
We also got plans to go on a pilgrimage to Arnies birthhouse/museum in Thal, Austria (11-12 hour ride) someday. :O

i just read about arnold superset workout, i gotta try that sometime. but doing supersets in my gym is kind of a pain in the ass because it is so crowded and you most likely can not access both exercises
