Offline games that I enjoyed:
Far Cry 1,3 and 4, Sniper Elite (all 3), Dead Space, Fallout

Offline that I might wanna try at some point:
They remade Shadow Warrior. Lots of blood and 90s lines (Duke Nukem style). It's 3 Euros now on steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/233130/
Doom 4 maybe

Online:
Verdun seems to be quite good
Overwatch? (I haven't played it) or Quake Live if you're into Quake 3 kind of a shooter.

PC players are mass complaining they cannot play No Man's Sky because of the bugs and asking refunds. Meanwhile, I am running the game maxed out with a steady 60 fps screaming

I think most people are complaining mostly because the devs said that the game is mainly single-player but you "CAN" stumble upon other players, so it is kinda multiplayer. However, two guys tried to meet each other and no luck..
Imo, it's just yet another overhyped game, but it is without doubt not that bad, I just don't think it's a game that will survive for that long cause of the amount of hype before release.

PS: Add me on gw2 o-o , I'll make sure to pm you ingame (^-^)

I think the game devs just hoped/expected that nobody would ever meet each other, so they simply didnt care. I made some multiplayer games already and its a shitton of work to get everything synchronized and smooth. So it would not make much sense to do this work and only 0,000001% ever saw it. I think they only advertised it as a multiplayer game to get people excited, because people would immediatly think its really boring to play a spacegame alone (which you effectivly do 99,9999999% of the time).

" I think they only advertised it as a multiplayer game to get people excited,"

That's the exact reason for why people went batshit XD

Let's hope their tweet about servers being overloaded really is true.

Asked for a refund on steam 3 times, no luck. I played a few hours in the days after launch and then quit it, havent played in like a week or so.

Can anyone recommend a simulatorgame in the style of the older Empire-games, but without battle? Anno is close, something similar, but without trading? Would be awesome :)

Something like the Settlers? Never played any of them, though, more to get a general idea of what you would like to play.
