New headset

As most of you know due to my autismspam in mChat, my headset is pretty much riperoonie. Need a replacement for it (Corsair H1500).
Recommendations. Needs to:

- be under 100euro, not going above
- be comfortable; Hyper X Cloud 2 levels of comfort, or Corsair H1500 if any of you have tried it (heavier but found it far more comfy than the Cloud 2)
- have a half decent mic
- have good sound quality. I like music but I'm not an audiophile

gib suggestions :groove:

This is the one I have now (upgraded from the Sennheiser 320):

http://en-uk.sennheiser.com/gaming-headset-gsp-300

Sennheiser GSP 300, 301 and 302 are all the same product, while having different colours.
300 = black-blue (I have this, but black is sexier Kappa)
301 = black-white
302 = black (apparently not available yet)

Sound is really crisp and clean, bass is there, but not exaggerated. You might be familiar with the microphone's quality from hearing me on TS. (It's very good imo)
Headphones are semi-noiseblocking and not uncomfortable when worn (to me).

I can recommend this one, actshuly.

No idea about other headsets though.

Edit: Hmm, looks like it's above 90£ on your regional page. Mine was under 90€ afaik. (Notice currency differences)

Does it have to be a headset or could you do headphones + standalone mic?

Headphones + standalone mic would be over 100euro, so yeah. :P

The combo of headphones with quality of the headphones of a headset + standalone mic is a lot cheaper.
Companies charge bs prices just because they merge some shitty versions of both into one device.

https://www.amazon.com/PreSonus-HD7-Pro ... esonus+hd7

https://www.amazon.com/Zalman-Zm-Mic1-S ... lip+on+mic

Second one is the mic Veit is using. great quality for the price. The headphones seem super expensive on amazon.com In Germany they are just 30Euros flyingnigger

They look like the cheapest shit, but dude, they surprised me so hard. The comfort is really nice, even after hours and hours of constant wearing they dont get uncomfortable. And the sound is better than anything I had so far, even if it was far more expensive. I am no audiophile, but compared to that all other headsets >150 euro sound like mushy shit now.

I bought them with the thought "meh, it is from amazon, if they are shit, I send them back" and 8 months later they look and feel as good as new.

You should become a salesman

Not a salesman. I am a professional "satisfied customer" of tv-commercials.

I would still recommend Cloud v.1.
I got them from Kingston years ago and still using. In the meantime they send me Cloud v.2 and Revolver. Keeping them safely in boxes :D
