I finally found the time to watch Gone Girl. This is without a shadow of a doubt one of the best films I have ever seen. I was on the edge of my seat for the entire 145 minutes. As I'm writing this I'm still blown away by Rosamund Pike's performance. And I want to hit the academy's judges, who didn't give her the Oscar, in the face really hard.
This movie is perfection, every single shot, every picture, every scene is polished and full of meaningful details. The plot builds an insane amount of tension and keeps it until the credits roll. And even after that your mind still takes a while to comprehend what you have just seen. The acting from pretty much every single actor is just on a level out of this world. Neil Patrick Harris falls behind a tiny bit unfortunately, but that is really the only complaint I have.
Gone Girl is (another) masterpiece from the director David Fincher and I rate this movie 10/10. I you were an ignorant like me until now and haven't watched this movie yet, you just have to.

watched interstellar on sunday and it was pretty gud. the only sad thing is that it was sorf of predictable with 50% into the movie but still nice to watch.

ps: if you set T.A.R.S. level of humour to -10%, you will end up with ephe-like punchlines.

Voyager was awesome. Watched all seasons from the first episode to the last with my girlfriend. Especially the epsiodes with the Borg are great fun to watch. We were also watching the first Star Trek seasons with Cpt. Kirk and Co. and they were really funny. Star Trek The Next Generation (Cpt. Picard) are kinda cool as well. But everything since Deep Space Nine was utter crap - especially this new shit (Cpt. Archer and his morons).
